Season of Hope Gala Auction 2012

Running the auction with our auctioneer golf pro Clark Lewis was exhilarating.  The money we raised with this event helped us surpass our $50,000 goal for the night.  I can only imagine all the patients and families we will help with the money raised. This American Cancer Society event was a huge success.

I am very proud of my first attempt at serious cake decorating.  My daughter Jackie is addicted to duct tape and wanted a duct tape cake.  This is completely edible and the kids loved it. 

Hunt for a Heart Halloween Event October 22, 2012

Thank you Alex Walser for hosting this fantastic event in memory of your sister.  Our team won first prize for costume as we portrayed a heart transplant team.  We even had a fresh cow heart compliments of The Country Butcher.  I was the pink haired scrub nurse. The money raised went to the American Heart Association.

Geisinger Annual Breast Cancer Tea October 13, 2012

Joining me for this wonderful event celebrating Professionals and Survivors is my friend and hair dresser Mary Yanuzzi.  Three courageous survivors shared their stories and struggles.  The event was attended by 200 people.

Menopause the Musical October 3, 2012

We treated the Staff of A Womans Place to a night out to see Menopause the Musical.  The production really hit home for us as gynecologic professionals.  I loved that they handed out fans to the audience.
